Fiona Bailey - Head of Human Resources
Fiona joined Foresters in 1990 and has held posts of Personnel Manager and Group Human Resources Manager before becoming Head of Human Resources in 2004.
Prior to joining Foresters, Fiona worked in the Travel industry and also Defence sales. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Stephen Dilworth - Group Membership Director
Stephen has extensive experience in financial services having held managerial positions in building societies and IFA Promotion, the Marketing organisation for thousands of independent financial advisers. He also ran his own marketing consultancy before joining a major bank as Head of Corporate Affairs in 1995. He then joined Foresters in 1999 and now oversees our membership and charitable activities.
He has a first class honours degree in economics and history and a degree in financial services. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Banking, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Amongst his volunteering activities he is on the Board of a housing association, chairs a police panel and has been a mentor for the Prince's Trust and CIM.
Lynzi Dowling - Head of Customer Services
Lynzi joined the company in 1987 and has held posts of Model Office Manager and New Business Manager before becoming Head of Customer Services in 2006.
Malcolm Edwards - Head of Finance & Company Secretary
Malcolm is a chartered accountant. He qualified with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) and spent many years working for banks in the City. He joined Foresters in 2001 and became Head of Finance in 2009.
Vivian Huxley - Head of Investments
Vivian Huxley has a distinguished investment record within life assurance funds, unit trusts and OEICs. His business experience includes service on the Association of British Insurers' Investment Committee, and previous employment includes: stockbrokers Laing & Cruickshank, Scrimgeour Vickers, and a directorship at British National Life Assurance (now Lincoln Assurance). He read Mathematics at the University of Oxford, and has headed Forester Life's Investment Department since 1996.
Dwight Hylton - Head of Systems
Dwight has been with Foresters since November 1994 when he joined as an Analyst Programmer. Since he has progressed through the organisation and was appointed Head of IT in June 2005. Prior to joining Foresters, Dwight had 10 years working for a software house providing tailored solutions to their investment and fund managers in the financial industry.
Jason Rose - Head of Governance
Jason joined Foresters in January 1990 becoming Group Compliance Officer in March 2004 and Head of Governance in 2006.
Jason's professional qualifications include Fellow of both the Life Management Institute and the Compliance Institute. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Mark Sonenfeld - Head of Actuarial
Mark joined Foresters in January 1997, as Head of Actuarial, having previously worked at Century Life, Prosperity and United Friendly. He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1986.
